We believe all women can embrace who they are, define their future, and can change the world.

About Us
Warrior & Her Truth (WHT) is a trauma-informed, holistic mental health and wellness program created specifically for female veterans. Launching its first cohort in January 2026, WHT provides a safe, empowering space for women to heal, reconnect, and reclaim their truth after military service.
Grounded in clinical research and real-world experience, the program was developed in response to the growing need for gender-specific services that address the unique challenges faced by female veterans, including Military Sexual Trauma (MST), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, isolation, and challenges with reintegration.
The program consists of a six-week online therapeutic experience that blends psychoeducation, group support, and counseling. Each week focuses on emotional restoration, self-discovery, and empowerment, helping participants build coping tools and community support that extend beyond the program.
Following the virtual sessions, participants come together for a four-day in-person retreat, designed to deepen connections, promote holistic healing, and celebrate progress. The retreat offers a nurturing environment where women can share their stories, restore trust, and experience renewal through connection, movement, and mindfulness.
WHT was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to ensure that all services are provided at no cost to participants. Through generous sponsors and community partners, the program removes financial barriers so that every woman veteran can access the comprehensive care she deserves.
Designed for her—WHT stands as a dedicated space where female veterans can be seen, heard, and healed together.
